This is in reference to a social media post. SKIMS has submitted the file pertaining to the extension of Contractual Nursing Staff to Govt. and is under active consideration. Meanwhile, the said Contractual Nursing Staff have not been attending to duties for last 3 to 4 days putting patients at inconvenience. The said contractual appointees were time and again informed by the concerned authorities that the file is being processed and orders will be issued after pending approval. They are not attending duties but using social media platforms to create unnecessary confusion.
