Nursing service has an eminent and pivotal role in patient care. Nursing being backbone of the hospital is committed to providing quality nursing care to the patients and at the same time bears the responsibility of uplifting nursing manpower both professionally and personally. Nursing administration has been working one to one with medical fraternity. Nursing Administration is the largest department having more than nine hundred personnel. Three groups of senior staff nurses ten in each group were deputed for Covid-19 vaccination at community level in District Srinagar. Infection Control Nurses contribute towards hospital infection Control at SKIMS. |
