Sealed Tenders  on prescribed form affixed with Rs 5/= revenue stamps are invited from registered agencies for  subscription of on-line Medical Journal database to SKIMS library for the years 2012-13.The prescribed form along with terms and conditions can be had from the office of the undersigned from 04-10-2011 to 31-10-11 against the cost of the Rs.500/= (Non-refundable)  pledged in favour of  FA & CAO SKIMS. The complete form appended with a bank draft covering security deposit of Rs.10,000 with each quoted  database pledged in favour of FA & CAO  SKIMS should reach the office of the dairy and dispatch, SKIMS on 3rdNov.-2011.
