NIT NO: SIMS 02 OF 2010 DATED 11th of January 2011

For and on behalf of the Director SKIMS,Soura, tenders affixed with Rs: 4/= revenue stamps are invited from registered contractors who have executed similar nature of works and have capacity to execute works up to specified limits (preferably registered in floriculture department of J&K state Govt.) as per details mentioned below:-

The tenders should be addressed to Joint Director, SKIMS, Soura and should reach in his office by or before 2nd of February, 2011 upto 2.PM personally or through Registered post.  The tenders shall be opened on the same day in the office of the Joint Director, SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar at 2.30 PM. or any other subsequent date convenient to Tender Opening Committee of SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar in presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may like to be present at that time.

Earnest money in shape of CDR as indicated above from any Nationalized / scheduled bank pledged to the Director, (F) // FA-CAO SKIMS, Soura & should be accompanied with the tender documents without which tender shall be rejected.  The tender documents containing detailed NIT, with terms and conditions and the tender form shall be available for sale in the office of the undersigned during office hours on any working day from 21-01-2011 upto 3 P.M of 31-01-2011 against cost indicated above (Non-refundable) in shape of bank draft/payment order pledged to the Director, Finance, Department, SKIMS Soura, Srinagar. Payable at J&K Bank Ltd, B/O SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar (J&K).  The tender documents shall be issued to card holder only or his representatives on production of authorization letter of Card holder on judicial paper duly stamped with photocopies of enlistment card duly renewed for the current financial year.  If any information later on proved fake/false, Card holder shall be wholly and solely responsible for the consequences.

The tender Opening Committee of SKIMS, Soura reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.  The quoted rates should be written both in figures and words and should be guarded with transparent tape.  The complete NIT shall also be available at SKIMS Website www.skims.ac.com.   If the date of sale or submission of tenders happens to be a non-working day, due to any reason, the last date for sale or submission of tenders shall be next working day accordingly.
