Press Release: Dr. Gul Javid, HOD Gastroenterology, took over as Dean Medical Faculty SKIMS

Srinagar 2nd May 2014:  Dr. Gul Javid, HOD Gastroenterology assumed the charge as Dean Medical Faculty SKIMS. He took over charge from Dr. Kahlil Mohammad Baba. Director SKIMS & EOSG Dr. Showkat Zargar congratulated Dr. Gul Javid on assuming the charge and hoped he will maintain the vibrant academic culture at SKIMS.

Dr. Gul Javid has served in SKIMS in various capacities and has many awards and publications to his credit. He did his MBBS at GMC Srinagar and his post-graduation and Post Doc in Gastroenterology at SKIMS, University. He also did his fellowship at American College of Gastroenterology in the year 2000.
