Srinagar, 15/10/15: A daylong seminar on Clinico-Pathology of pulmonary diseases was organized by department of Pulmonary and Internal Medicine SKIMS in Collaboration with Mayo clinic Arizona USA at SKIMS auditorium today.

Eminent expert Professor Tazelar Henry, Professor of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology, Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale, Arizona and Dr. Larry Bergstrorm, Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine, Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale, Arizona discussed in detail clinicopathology of pulmonary diseases. Faculty from department of Internal & Pulmonary Medicine & department of pathology also gave detailed presentations on various aspects of pulmonary diseases in Kashmir.

Organizing Secretary Dr. Rafi Jan, department of Pulmonary & Internal Medicine SKIMS welcomed the guests and said the program is focused to provide comprehensive update on clinico-pathology of pulmonary diseases through various case studies and research papers presented by leading experts.

The programme was attended by faculty members, students, research scholars and other clinicians. The students interacted with experts and found the session useful.
