Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences deeply condoles the sad demise of Jenab Gh. Mohiuddin Gilkar, Ex-Joint Director SKIMS and father of famous ENT Surgeon Prof. Rouf Ahmad, Ex-HOD, GMC Srinagar. He was a towering administrator who contributed significantly to the growth of SKIMS. Director SKIMS and all staff of SKIMS is deeply saddened by this sad news. We pray for the peace & highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul and patience & strength to his family to bear this irreparable loss.
