Srinagar, 11th July 2024: Madr-e-Meharban Institute of Nursing Sciences & Research (MMINSR), SKIMS, achieved a significant milestone as it  celebrated its 10th College Annual Day. The event was a vibrant testament to a decade of academic excellence and commitment to healthcare education. Themed "Job Readiness & Employability in Healthcare Setting," the Annual Day festivities resonated with the institute's dedication to preparing its students for dynamic roles in the healthcare sector. The theme emphasized the critical need for continuous skill enhancement to effectively address the evolving challenges and demands within healthcare.

The ceremony was graced by distinguished guests and officials, notably Dr. M Ashraf Ganie, Director of SKIMS, who presided as the chief guest. Dr. Ganie lauded MMINSR for its evolution into a prominent institution offering comprehensive undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs, which originally began with foundational diploma courses. Acknowledging the crucial role of nursing professionals in patient care, he commended MMINSR for its significant contributions to nursing education and pledged ongoing support to further elevate the institution. . Emphasizing the need for technology-driven education and rigorous research initiatives, he urged students to engage in competitive projects and gain extensive clinical exposure.
